Watch: How Usher Surprised Quicken Loans Employees With The Surprise Of A Lifetime

A certain Usher video is making its way around the Internet this this week.

The Quicken Loans family of companies initiated a contest that gave two of its employees the surprise of a lifetime on Monday morning: a visit from the music superstar himself.

Quicken Loans, named one of Fortune Magazine’s top five places to work this past January, awarded two free tickets to Usher's upcoming concert at The Palace of Auburn Hills.

Entrants submitted 20-word explanations of why they're the biggest Usher fans, which underlines one of the Quicken Loans ISMs: Simplicity is genius.  

The winners were met by Quicken Loans Chairman Dan Gilbert with the prize. Rather than simply giving the tickets to both employees, though, Gilbert led a camera crew around the Quicken Loans FOC offices with Usher.

The FOC is known for rewarding its employees with, among other prizes, tickets to sporting events and trips around the world.
