NCR (NYSE: NCR) shares tumbled 19.43% to touch a new 52-week low of $24.07 after the company issued a weak Q3 forecast and lowered its 2014 outlook.

International Business Machines (NYSE: IBM) shares fell 7.36% to reach a new 52-week low of $168.65 after the company posted downbeat profit in the third quarter and announced its plans to pay $1.5 billion to Globalfoundries to take over its chip unit.

Koninklijke Philips NV (NYSE: PHG) shares declined 3.95% to reach a new 52-week low of $26.96 on Q3 results. Philips swung to a quarterly net loss of EUR104 million ($132 million), versus a year-ago net profit of EUR282 million.

Steven Madden (NASDAQ: SHOO) shares touched a new 52-week low of $28.18 after the company issued a downbeat Q3 forecast and lowered its fiscal 2014 outlook.
