Quintillion Limited and U.S. Bancorp Fund Services Name Owain McNeill Senior VP, Business Development To Support Europe

Owain McNeill recently joined Quintillion Limited (Quintillion), a European-based affiliate of U.S. Bancorp Fund Services, LLC (USBFS), as senior vice president of business development. McNeill, based in London, will focus on the continued growth of the company's alternative investment service offering throughout the European, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) market. “We are excited to continue expanding our dedicated team of professionals serving the European financial community,” said Joan Kehoe, chief executive officer for Quintillion. “Owain's experience and expertise in alternative investments and fund administration helps strengthen our team and provides additional support for our clients.” McNeill joins Quintillion with more than 10 years of experience related to alternative investments, offshore servicing, and regulated funds. Prior to joining Quintillion, McNeill was a director of sales at Citi Global Investor Services in London. In his new role, McNeill will focus on expanding Quintillion's alternative investment client base, providing quality products, and offering comprehensive services needed to support their funds. McNeill will liaise with European investment managers who require fund administration, middle office, investor services, risk and regulatory support, conversion and launch services, or tax and financial statement support. "The acquisition of Quintillion complemented our 2012 purchase of AIS Fund Administration and demonstrates our desire to be a leader in this evolving segment," said Joe Redwine, president of U.S. Bancorp Fund Services. “Expanding our European-based business development team provides us the opportunity to better service our current and future clients, while strengthening our global presence.” Prior to starting his career, McNeill received his Bachelor of Arts in English and history, and a Master of Arts in history from the University of Wales, Aberystwyth, United Kingdom.
