EBay Inc, Amazon.com, Inc. Shares Volatile Following ChannelAdvisor Same-Store Sales Data

Shares of e-commerce giants Amazon.com, Inc. AMZN and eBay Inc EBAY are volatile in Wednesday’s session following ChannelAdvisor's same-store sales data.

ChannelAdvisor reports Amazon September same-store sales came in a 37.9 percent, down from 45.1 percent in August.

Shares of Amazon moved sharply lower after the open to $314.41, then rebounded to $318. Shares were recently trading at $315.90, down 0.37 percent.

EBay same-store sales came in at 8.9 percent, up from 5.9 percent in August.

Shares of eBay were trending higher in Wednesday’s session, reaching a high of $53.85. Shares have cooled off, last trading at $53.58, up 1.2 percent.
