Vectrus Awarded $458M Air Force Infrastructure Contract

has been awarded a $458 million U.S. Air Force contract for base operations and maintenance services. The U.S. Air Force Installation Contracting Agency's 764th Specialized Contracting Squadron, Kaiserslautern, Germany, awarded the contract. The contract contains firm-fixed price, cost-reimbursable and cost-plus-fixed-fee elements. It includes the base year, four one-year options, and four additional incentive options that, if fully exercised, would extend the contract through September 2021. Vectrus will provide the full spectrum of day-to-day base operations and maintenance services including program management, force support services, emergency services, logistics support and transient alert operations. Vectrus will additionally provide contingency and exercise support with all Department of Defense, Joint Chiefs of Staff, U.S. Air Force, and government-supported allied operations. Work will be performed in Turkey at Incirlik Air Base, Izmir Air Station, Ankara Support Facility and the Office of Defense Cooperation, and in Spain at Morón Air Base.
