Ceragon Networks (NASDAQ: CRNT) fell 12.86% to $2.10 after the company reported Q2 results and announced a public offering of its ordinary shares.

$45 million, or $1.16 per share, versus a loss of $69 million in the earlier quarter. Non-GAAP net loss came in at US$0.88 loss per share.
