MFC Industrial Announces New CFO Appointment

MFC Industrial Ltd. ("MFC" or the "Company")

is pleased to announce that Samuel Morrow has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Morrow replaces James Carter, who will continue with the Company as Vice President, Finance,focusing on the Company's resource interests. Mr. Morrow is a Chartered Financial Analyst and is the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
