said Fosun Products will acquire a 15 percent stake in the company in a deal enabling it to break into the China market. The diet supplement company will pay a one-time dividend of $1.50 a share from proceeds of the Fosun investment while forming a joint marketing venture with Fosun. Fosun is among the largest privately held conglomerates in China. Nature paid a quarterly dividend of 10 cents a share June 2, but hasn't announced the timing of its upcoming one-time payment. Nature closed Wednesday at $15.67, down 2.43 percent and hadn't traded in pre-market Thursday.
