TIBCO Software (NASDAQ: TIBX) shares dropped 10.44% to $18.62 after the company issued downbeat forecast for the second quarter. Tibco projected adjusted earnings of $0.12 to $0.13 per share on revenue of $250 million to $252 million. However, analysts were expecting earnings of $0.21 per share on revenue of $267 million.

Aegion (NASDAQ: AEGN) shares dropped 2.64% to $22.86 after the company lowered its Q2 earnings forecast to $0.34 to $0.36 per share.
