KiOR (NASDAQ: KIOR) tumbled 38.69% to $0.66 as the company reported the SEC subpoena late last night related to the progress at its Columbus plant.

Galena Biopharma (NASDAQ: GALE) shares dropped 14.29% to $2.76 after the company reported that it was notified in February 2014 that the SEC is investigating certain matters relating to the company and an outside investor-relations firm. Galena Biopharma posted a fourth quarter loss of $0.46 per share on revenue of $1.32 million.

DTS (NASDAQ: DTSI) tumbled 9.38% to $19.22 after the company reported weaker-than-expected Q4 results and announced a 2 million share buyback plan.

Nature's Sunshine Products (NASDAQ: NATR) shares fell 8.26% to $14.00 after the company reported quarterly results. The company reported its quarterly net income of $1.8 million, or $0.11 per share.

Oxygen Biotherapeutics (NASDAQ: OXBT) shares declined 6.44% to $5.81 after the company priced the public offering of shares at a price of $5.60 per share.

GameStop (NYSE: GME) shares declined 3.92% to $38.19 as Walmart (NYSE: WMT) announced its plans to begin accepting video game trade-ins.

YY (NASDAQ: YY) slipped 2.62% to $79.35 after the company announced a proposed offering of $400 million convertible senior notes.

Golub Capital BDC (NASDAQ: GBDC) shares tumbled 2.17% to $18.02 after the company announced a public offering of 3.5 million shares of its common stock.
