Lifetime Brands Acquires La Cafetière; Terms Undisclosed


Lifetime Brands, Inc. (NASDAQ: LCUT), a global provider of branded kitchenware, tableware and other products used in the home, today announced that it has acquired the business and certain assets of La Cafetière from The Greenfield Group Limited including exclusive distribution rights.
