Developer Code Hosting Service Github Is Down

At 5:30pm EDT Tuesday evening, Github.com experienced massive slowdowns. Fifteen minutes later, the site was completely down. Early reports indicate over 90 percent packet loss. Employees at Github, speaking exclusively to Benzinga, report the problem is not with their servers, and instead seems to be stemming from their ISP's routers. Whether this is an attack is not yet known.
