today announced that its Board of Directors has declared its first quarter 2014 dividend for the Company's common stock. o First quarter 2014 cash dividend of $0.43 per share, up from $0.41 per share. o The new quarterly dividend represents an annualized dividend of $1.72 per share, an increase of 4.9% as compared to the previous annualized dividend of $1.64 per share. o The first quarter 2014 common share dividend is payable April 8, 2014 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 31, 2014.
