Wabtec to Acquire Fandstan for $215M in CashThe Rumor

has agreed to acquire rail and industrial equipment manufacturer, Fandstan Electric Group, for approximately $215 million in cash. The deal is expected to be completed in Q1 2014. Wabtec closed Wednesday at $74.48, a gain of 1.5%.
Grupo Bimbo to Acquire Canada Bread from Maple Leaf
