The first memo came from Frank Holland, the corporate Vice President of Microsoft's Advertising and Online businesses. It immediately starts out by saying that Keith Lorizio is no longer with Microsoft. He then thanks him for his hard work and goes on say that he has started to search for a new Vice President of U.S. Sales to replace Lorizio.

The second is from Eric Dahlberg, the director of U.S. network and exchange sales for Microsoft Advertising. The same happens again, first informing the organization of his departure, then informing the group that they should move on and they will find a replacement. They are all looking forward to next week's events.
