is testing alloys from LiquidMetal Technologies

for the iPhone 6. The use of these materials would enable Apple to make the next iPhone, which is rumored to be released in 4.7-inch and 5.5-inch versions, thinner and lighter. There is speculation, the iPhone 6 or "iPhone Air", could be launched as early as the WWDC in June, while other reports suggest a September release.
