AT&T to Acquire AWS Spectrum from Aloha PartnersThe Deal:
AT&T
T announced Tuesday an agreement to acquire 49 AWS spectrum licenses, covering almost 50 million people in 14 states from Aloha Partners II, L.P. The deal is expected to close in H2 2014. Financial terms were not disclosed.
AT&T closed Tuesday at $34.95, a loss of $0.01.
Easrthlink Shares Rise on Comment Company Could be Takeover TargetThe Comment:
Shares of Earthlink
ELNK rose Tuesday on a comment from the company's CFO that Earthlink is a possible takeover target. Bradley Ferguson made the comment at the Citi 2014 Global Internet, Media and Telecommunications Conference.
Shares initially spiked higher on a 10,000 contract buy in the ELNK July 6 call.
Earthlink closed Tuesday at $5.58, a gain of 7.72%.

YHOO CEO Marissa Mayer announced Tuesday during her keynote address at CES that the company had
acquired Android launcher Aviate. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Yahoo closed Tuesday at $40.92, a gain of 2.5% and traded over $41 after-hours.
Report CEC Entertainment Exploring SaleThe Rumor:

CEC rose more than 10% after-hours on a report from
Reuters that the parent of the Chuck E Cheese chain is exploring a sale to private equity, according to sources. The company is reportedly working with Goldman Sachs to find a buyer.
CEC Entertainment closed Tuesday at $43.34 and traded over $48 after-hours.
