Acacia Subsidiary Enters into Settlement and Patent License Agreement with Smartware Group

announced today that its Automated Facilities Management Corporation subsidiary has entered into a settlement and patent license agreement with Smartware Group, Inc. The agreement resolves litigation that was pending in the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire.
