Kayne Anderson to Provide Preliminary NAV/Share Within Ten Business Days Following Each Fiscal Quarter

Kayne Anderson Energy Development Company announced today that it will provide its preliminary NAV per share within ten business days following each of its fiscal quarter-ends. The Company plans to provide that preliminary NAV on its website at www.kaynefunds.com/ked/net-asset-value; the Company will not issue a press release announcing such preliminary NAV. Final NAV will be announced shortly after the Company's quarterly board of directors meeting (typically 30 to 45 days after quarter-end). Although standard procedures will be followed in calculating the preliminary NAV each quarter, the final NAV announced by the Company for such quarter may differ from preliminary NAV.
