ILFC, Air Caraïbes Reach Agreement on Lease of Three A350-900 Aircraft

International Lease Finance Corporation (ILFC), a wholly owned subsidiary of American International Group, Inc.

, announced today that it has reached an agreement with French Caribbean carrier Air Caraïbes Atlantique Airlines to lease three new Airbus A350XWB-900s.
