announced today the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 7,061,294 common units representing limited partner interests owned by its sponsor, Memorial Resource Development LLC (MRD). MRD offered the units to the public at $19.34 per unit and will receive all of the net proceeds from the offering. Barclays is acting as the sole underwriter and book-running manager for the offering.
