Lumos Networks Prices 2.512M Share Offering for Quadrangle Capital Partners at $20.00/Share

, a fiber-based service provider of data, voice and IP-based telecommunication services in the Mid-Atlantic region, today announced the pricing of the public offering of 2,512,121 shares of Lumos Networks common stock at a public offering price of $20.00 per share. All of the shares of common stock are being offered by Quadrangle Capital Partners L.P. and their affiliated entities. These stockholders also have granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 376,818 shares. The Company will not receive any proceeds from the offering.
