AppLift Raises Another $7 Million To Expand Globally

AppLift
has received an additional $7 million from Prime Ventures. This investment comes just four months after AppLift announced that Prime Ventures had provided the company with
$13 million
in a Series A investment. "We strive to provide value to the gaming industry and are partnering with companies like
EAEA
and King to drive quality users to their games," Kaya Taner, co-founder and CEO of AppLift, told Benzinga via e-mail. Over the past 12 months, AppLift has opened new offices in San Francisco and Seoul. The company works with more than 100 game publishers and more than 1,000 media partners.

In addition to the $7 million investment, AppLift announced that it has added Dr. Hendrik Harren to its team. Harren is known for founding six startups and working at three others. He previously served as the Managing Director of Rocket Internet (the startup incubator from the

), and has founded three startups himself. Harren will serve as AppLift's new Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer. "I was impressed by how AppLift gained traction and achieved global success in such a short period of time," Harren said in a company release. "Its lifetime value technology is clearly ahead of the curve, setting new standards for mobile games marketing. The team is extremely fast-moving, professional and fun, and I'm very happy to be part of it." AppLift said that it will use its new funds to hire additional talent in the tech, product and business development spaces. The company also plans to execute further on its global expansion, and will continue to advance its real time-enabled game-specific Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) optimization technology.
