F5 Networks (NASDAQ: FFIV) shares fell 1.87% to $87.50 in the pre-market trading. Goldman Sachs downgraded the stock from “buy” to “neutral.”

WPX Energy (NYSE: WPX) shares dropped 1.58% to $18.69 in pre-market trading. WPX Energy is expected to report its Q3 financial and production results on November 7, 2013.

Carnival (NYSE: CCL) dipped 1.07% to $37.00 in the pre-market session. Carnival is scheduled to report its Q3 earnings today.
