is looking for Onyx to accept a lower offer, due a dispute over Kryopolis trial data. Late Wednesday

reported that Onyx had agreed to allow Amgen and other potential bidders to view the company's Kryopolis trial data. To date, only Amgen has made a firm offer of $120 per share for Onyx. Spokespersons for both companies have repeatedly declined comment on these reports. Onyx Pharmaceuticals closed at $117.59 Thursday, a gain of $1.00.
