NorthStar Realty Finance Announces Pricing of Public Offering of 35 Million Shares of Common Stock at $9.60

NorthStar Realty Finance Corp.

(the "Company") announced today that it has priced an underwritten public offering of 35 million shares of common stock at a public offering price of $9.60 per share. The Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 5.25 million additional shares of common stock. The offering is expected to close on August 9, 2013.
