ONEOK Increases Quarterly Dividend 6% to $0.38 per Share

today increased the quarterly dividend 2 cents per share, or 6 percent, to 38 cents per share from 36 cents per share, effective for the second quarter 2013, payable Aug. 15, 2013, to shareholders of record at the close of business Aug. 5, 2013. "We remain committed to returning value to our shareholders in the form of higher dividends," said John W. Gibson, chairman and chief executive officer of ONEOK. "Increased distributions from our ONEOK Partners segment continue to benefit ONEOK and enabled us to fulfill our commitment of increasing the dividend."
