Third Point Reinsurance Ltd. Files S-1 Registration Statement for Initial Public Offering of its Common Shares

Third Point Reinsurance Ltd. ("the Company") announced today that it has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of its common shares. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined. The Company intends to apply to list the common shares on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "TPRE." The book-running managers for the offering will be J.P.
