CDW Prices 23.25M Share IPO at $17.00/Share

announced today the pricing of the initial public offering of 23,250,000 shares of common stock at a price to the public of $17.00 per share. The shares will begin trading on the NASDAQ Global Select Market on June 27, 2013 under the ticker symbol “CDW.” The underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 3,487,500 shares of common stock from CDW at the initial public offering price. J.P. Morgan, Barclays and Goldman, Sachs & Co. are serving as joint book-running managers in the offering. Additional book-running managers are Deutsche Bank Securities and Morgan Stanley. Robert W.
