, a provider of life science tools for translational research and molecular diagnostic products, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 5.4 million shares of common stock at a price to the public of $10.00 per share. In addition, the Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 810,000 shares to cover over-allotments, if any.
