Sunshine Heart Closes Offering, Net Proceeds of $14M

Sunshine Heart, Inc.

announced today the closing of its previously announced underwritten public offering of 2,875,000 shares of its common stock, which includes the full overallotment of 375,000 shares, at a price to the public of $5.25 per share. The net proceeds from the sale of shares by Sunshine Heart, after underwriting discounts and other offering expenses, total approximately $14.0 million.
