announced today that it has named Edward P. Schreiber as Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer, effective April 1, 2013. Most recently, Mr. Schreiber has been a managing director of Alvarez & Marsal's Financial Industry Advisory Services, LLC (FIAS), where he headed up the FIAS's enterprise risk management efforts. Previously, he served for eleven years as Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer at TD Bank, N.A. and predecessor companies, in Portland, Maine; and for nineteen years as a national bank examiner with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. Mr. Schreiber also sits on the Risk Management Association's (RMA) Board of Directors as well as the RMA Enterprise Risk Council. Harris H. Simmons, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Zions Bancorporation, stated, "We are very much looking forward to having Ed Schreiber join our executive management team in this vital role.
