Ford China Sales Rise 7% In February

Sales at Ford Motor Co

and its joint ventures in China rose 7% to 43,642 vehicles in February. In the first two months of the year, sales of Ford and its joint ventures climbed 46% to 105,209 units. In the month of February, sales at Changan Ford Automobile Co surged 39% to 29,389 units, while sales at Jiangling Motors dropped 27% to 13,692 units. Ford shares dropped 0.08% to $12.86 in after-hours trading.
