US Stock Futures Flat; GDP, Weekly Jobless Claims Data In Focus

US stock futures are mostly flat this morning, as investors are awaiting economic data. Futures for the Dow Jones Industrial Average gained 2 points to 14,062.00 and S&P 500 index futures rose 0.80 points to 1,516.40. Nasdaq 100 futures climbed 3.25 points to 2,743.75. US stocks closed higher on Wednesday, with the Dow Jones Industrial Average surging 1.26% to 14,075.37, the S&P 500 index rising 1.26% to 1,515.99 and the Nasdaq 100 index gaining 1.04% to 3,162.26. Data on Q4 GDP and weekly jobless claims will be released at 8:30 a.m. ET. The Chicago PMI for February will be released at 9:45 a.m. ET. The Kansas City Fed's manufacturing activity index for February will be released at 11:00 a.m. ET.
