Alvarion Postpones Q4 Earnings Release Due to Ongoing Negotiations to Sell its Licensed Carrier Business

announces the postponement of its fourth quarter and full year 2012 earnings release and conference call, which was previously scheduled for today, Wednesday, February 20, 2013, due to ongoing negotiations to sell its licensed carrier business. There is no assurance that such negotiations will result in the execution of a definitive agreement. The earnings release has been rescheduled to Wednesday, March 6, 2013, during pre-market hours. In conjunction with the earnings release, Alvarion's management will host a conference call at 9:00 a.m. ET.
