Koppers Holdings Raises Qtr. Dividend from $0.24 to $0.25/Share

The Board of Directors of Koppers Holdings Inc.

today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per common share, payable April 8, 2013, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 19, 2013. The quarterly dividend amount of $0.25 represents a four percent increase over the previous quarterly dividend rate of $0.24 per share.
