US stock futures are mostly flat this morning, as investors are awaiting earnings from Time Warner

US stocks closed higher on Tuesday, with the Dow Jones Industrial Average gaining 0.71% to 13,979.30, the S&P 500 index rising 1.04% to 1,511.29 and the Nasdaq 100 index surging 1.29% to 3,171.58.
