Euro-Zone December Inflation Unchanged At 2.2%

Annual inflation in the euro-zone was unchanged at 2.2% in December, according to the EU's statistics office Eurostat. Economists were expecting inflation at 2.1%. Consumer food prices rose 3.1% in December, while energy prices climbed 5.2%.
