announced today that Matthew Jauchius has been named to its Board of Directors, replacing former Board member Malcolm M. Prine, who had passed away. Mr. Jauchius is Executive Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer for Nationwide Insurance in Columbus. Mr. Jauchius has had broad leadership experiences since joining Nationwide in 2006. Mr. Jauchius also previously had approximately 8 years of experience with the global management consulting firm McKinsey & Company specifically in corporate strategy and business growth efforts.
