Alamo Group Raises Qtr. Dividend from $0.06 to $0.07/Share

Alamo Group Inc.

announced today that its Board of Directors has approved a 17% increase in the quarterly cash dividend to $0.07 per share, from $0.06 per share, payable January 30, 2013, to shareholders of record at the close of business on January 16, 2013.
