US Stock Futures Up; Crude Oil Rises

US stock futures are slightly higher this morning. Futures for the Dow Jones Industrial Average gained 13 points to 13,077.00 and S&P 500 index futures rose 1.70 points to 1,421.50. Nasdaq 100 futures climbed 3.50 points to 2,652.25. US stocks closed lower on Monday, with the Dow Jones Industrial Average dropping 0.39% to 13,139.08, the S&P 500 index falling 0.24% to 1,426.66 and the Nasdaq 100 index declining 0.28% to 3,012.60. The S&P/Case-Shiller home price index for October will be released at 9:00 a.m. ET. SYSWIN

Crude oil for February delivery gained $0.56 to $89.17 a barrel.
