IAC Will Sell $500M Senior Notes Offering

announced today that it has agreed to sell $500 million aggregate principal amount of 4.75% senior notes due 2022 (the "Notes") in a private offering (the "Offering").  The Notes will be guaranteed by certain subsidiaries of IAC.  The Offering of the Notes is expected to close on December 21, 2012.
