EMCOR's Chobani Opens Greek Yogurt Plant in Idaho

Today Chobani, Inc. opened its new state-of-the-art Greek Yogurt plant in Twin Falls, Idaho, which is twice the size of the world's next largest yogurt plant. Shambaugh & Son was the prime design/builder for the record 10-month, fast-tracked construction of the Chobani plant, and among other things performed all site infrastructure and installed of all of the plant's mechanical, electrical, ammonia refrigeration, fire protection, process equipment, process piping, and utility piping systems.
