Frequency Electronics Declares $0.20/Share Special Dividend

Today the Board of Directors of Frequency Electronics, Inc.

declared a special cash dividend of $0.20 per share, payable on December 31, 2012 to shareholders of record on December 24, 2012. The Board took this action in recognition of the Company's current financial strength, its recent performance and outlook for continued profitability.
