Susquehanna Accelerates Q1 Dividend Payment to Dec. 31st

The board of directors of Susquehanna Bancshares, Inc. (Susquehanna)

has declared a dividend of $0.07 per common share for the first quarter of 2013. Payment of the dividend will be accelerated and will occur in the fourth quarter of 2012. The dividend will be payable on December 31, 2012 to shareholders of record December 21, 2012.
