Kraft Foods Initiates Exchange Offer Up to $9.6B Note

commenced today at 5 p.m. Eastern time its offer to exchange certain of its outstanding unregistered notes for new registered notes in accordance with the terms of its registration rights agreements with existing holders of those notes.
