Asian markets ended mixed, with Japan's Nikkei Stock Average falling 0.19%, China's Shanghai Composite surging 1.60% and Australia's S&P/ASX 200 rising 0.89%. Hong Kong's Hang Seng Index fell 0.26% and India's Sensex dropped 0.32%.

Broker Recommendation

Analysts at Janney Capital upgraded McDonald's

MCD

from “neutral” to “buy.” The target price for McDonald's is set to $104. McDonald's shares gained 0.15% to $88.22 in pre-market trading.
