China Industrial Profit Surges 20.5% In October

Profit at China's industrial companies surged 20.5% y/y to 500 billion yuan in October, versus a 7.8% rise in September, according to China's National Bureau of Statistics (NBS). In the January-October period, profit at China's industrial enterprises increased 0.5%, versus a drop of 1.8% in the first nine months of the year.
