Standex Increases Dividend to $0.08 from $0.07

today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.08 per share, which is payable November 26, 2012 to shareholders of record November 12, 2012. The Company's previous quarterly cash dividend was $0.07 per share. The dividend is the Company's 193^rd consecutive quarterly cash dividend. Standex has paid dividends each quarter since it became a public corporation in November 1964.
