announced today that its Unified Messaging Solutions LLC subsidiary has entered into a license and settlement agreement with Comcast Cable Communications LLC

. The agreement resolves litigation that was pending in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas (Tyler Division), Case No. 6:11cv120 and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Case No. 1:12cv06286.
